Looking to make more horsepower and torque with your Hellcat, Demon, Trackhawk, or TRX? The GripTec V2 supercharger pulley kit will do just that. Choose from the different size pulleys offered to increase your boost level to your specific goals.
All components are available separately, so once you have our pulley on your Hellcat, a boost change is as simple as changing the outer pulley drive ring. All boost level changes require the appropriate PCM revisions and the proper supercharger belt.
ZPE uses two patented processes to increase surface grip: GripTec Micro and GripTec Weld.
GripTec Micro is a CNC ablation process which removes material from the surface of the pulley where the belt would sit.
GripTec Weld is a micro welding process in which material is added to the surface.
Both of these processes serve to increase the pulley’s grip potential by increasing the friction between the pulley and belt using an engineered grip pattern, thereby eliminating slip.
Gates K100572HD belt works well with the 2.75 and 2.85 pulleys and stock crank pulley (15-16psi).
Gates K100594HD belt works well with the 2.75″ and 2.85 pulleys and ATI Crank pulley (17-18psi).
The 2.85 Pulley works perfect with Mopar Demon fuel injectors. The 2.75 may require larger fuel injectors. We recommend FIC 1000CC Fuel Injectors.
Custom tuning is required.
